I have seen at previous RIPE meeting socials attendees hitting on female bar staff, which felt really inappropriate to me. The power and economic dynamic often found in this kind of situation makes this additionally troublesome. It would be good if behavior towards (& by) those service professionals who work hard to enable our events could also be safeguarded by the CoC. Keith
