Executive Board Election Code of Conduct Team

The RIPE NCC Executive Board has selected the following people to form the Code of Conduct (CoC) Team for the Executive Board election taking place during the General Meeting (GM) May 2022:

Cynthia Revström (Sweden)
Erik Baïs (Netherlands)

Applicability

This is the second GM where the Code of Conduct is applicable, following the recommendations of the Executive Board Election Task Force set up in 2020, and the amendments to the relevant parts of the RIPE NCC Articles of Association.

This Code of Conduct applies to Executive Board Candidates from the moment a nominee becomes a candidate until the period to raise any objections against the draft minutes of the General Meeting has lapsed.

Report a Violation

All candidates for the Executive Board election must abide by the Code of Conduct. Any RIPE NCC member that experiences or witnesses behaviour that violates this Code of Conduct is encouraged to report such violations to the Code of Conduct team. 

All reports made to the CoC Team will be treated with confidentiality, and will not be shared on mailing lists. 

Report a violation

The Code of Conduct Team shall evaluate whether a violation of the Code of Conduct has occurred. Violation shall result in disqualification of the candidate.

Reports made to the CoC Team will be treated in accordance with the applicable Privacy and Confidentiality Terms.
