Hi, all! I want to ask a question! Why does someone repeatedly offer to pay less to those who have been allocated a lot of IPv4? You usually lower the price when you want to sell more! Dose RIPE NCC have a task how to allocate as many free IPv4 addresses as possible? Do we have something extra? Usually, when there is a shortage, on the contrary, you limit sales and charge additional fees from those who have a lot of scarce resources! Why is it proposed to act against the laws of the market and logic?
