The membership has any possibility to vote for changes to the board or
to not dismiss them. We never did.

I see you misunderstood the point. The point was not me "generating new
business cases" for my "LIR ventures", instead it was: "You do not need
to pick the RIPE cake. You can get whatever bite you fancy elsewhere."
