As there was no contract and thus no way of telling how long you'd have the ressources. Matter of fact is, that nobody owns the number-ressources. If it was a matter of ownership, sure, but it's not. It's a service. At any given time, you'll have the number-ressources on borrowed time and can be happy if you have them free for as long as you had them free. But there has at no time been the case of ownership. And with a service, that can change, be there a written contract or not. It just has to be announced in due time and that has been done.
