[dnssec-key-tf] agreements on the use of the repository

I have Richard (Rick) Lamb, who setup that ns.iana.org service signed to talk at the EOF (having seen his presentation at IETF, and then reminded again by andrei) My question to him and IANA, apart from expressing the appreciation for the work done, is whether his bosses will allow this to continue to be available.
