You should really be telling ripe-list at ripe.net this information.

You should update the survey introduction text to add specifically:

- what happens with the story that is submitted
- who has access to the surveymonkey account
- when the data will be deleted
- whether the submitted stories are read by a human or not

Crystal clear communication is required.
