Did I try [email protected] what?
The problems that (IMO) need some kind of RIPE involvement are the ones
where a block is directly assigned to the spammer ("spammer" because
most of the cases I see are spam-related) or where the contact email
for the containing block bounces. In such a case, rDNS, when present,
is under control of the spammer and thus worthless, and I'm not sure
what website you'd have me look at or for what - but when websites are
visible in the problem cases they're usually ones under spammer control
and thus equally worthless when it comes to finding abuse-reporting
contacts who can/will deal with the issue.
