I did a google search for
    "Mark McCarron" RFC
and found - despite your claims - no match. Then I omitted the RFC keyword
and added
    -music -artist -jazz -beat
and strangely enough ALL I found are these fake postings ...

See, I know a guy that cc'ed me email which was addressed to the Pope and
George W. Bush and a lot of other prime ministers stating that he just
founded the "First Internet Bank of Earth" together with the director of
the branch of a bank in his 1000 people village.
You know, your rants about your proposal being sent to 500 large ISPs that
answered immediately that you'd sent this stuff to Microsoft and they are
interested and your claims about all the RFCs you'd worked on reminds me
of that guy.

I found enough and I wrote it. However you had no better arguments than to
try to plaster the deficits of your master plan with personal attacks.
