[address-policy-wg] what does consensus mean

Thanks Jan,

Would you agree that if the contradictions are discovered, they should be resolved, and meanwhile, what it is valid is *only* the policy text?

My view is, in addition to that, if the contradictions are discovered during the PDP process, consensus can’t be declared until we can address them.

    In that case, I have probably not seen the contradictions, or don't
    think that they are contradictions.
