This is a statement that should have been voiced after Erik's summary 
at the end of the review phase (and I do agree in principle that
"more voices of support" would have been welcome).

*Now* is too late for the WG chairs to do anything about it.  The PDP for 
this proposal has concluded.

(Technically, it could still run through an appeals process, though the
question is "what for?" since nobody had any objections)

Last call does not require anyone to say anything.  This is stated
very explicitely in the PDP.
