I would say to save the last bits of v4 addresses for folx, that will actually connect end/residential users to Internet infrastructure and will be in need of at least some small amount of v4 in order to run nat64 or any other transition mechanism. That's was called PA space in the past. IPv4 PI was never meant for that, but more for enterprises in order to be able to multihome. That luxury times are over and I think that the policy should reflect that. Cheers, Jan
