Roundtable Meeting for Governments and Regulators in Brussels

Around 30 representatives attended the meeting to discuss a range of topics concerning the development of the Internet sector. Over the course of the day, discussions touched on issues including the IPv4 transfer market, developments in routing security, Internet governance as well as as the use of personal data in the RIPE Database.

This was the 23rd Roundtable Meeting we have held since 2005. They serve to stimulate dialogue with and between regulators, and provide an opportunity to update them on issues affecting the RIPE NCC and RIPE community. We plan to hold similar Roundtable Meetings in other parts of the RIPE NCC service region in 2019.
