On 3 October 2025, we were informed that a user on an underground forum had posted a message claiming to have breached RIPE NCC systems. Our investigation has found no evidence of unauthorised access or a data breach of any RIPE NCC systems.

Legitimate RIPE NCC emails are always sent from our official domain: @ripe.net.

This quarterly report provides data on how RIPE NCC members, End Users and legacy resource holders are affected by sanctions, while respecting their confidentiality and privacy.

The RIPE Code of Conduct survey is open to anyone who has attended a RIPE Meeting since the establishment of the Code of Conduct team at RIPE 86. The survey will conclude on 31 October 2025.
