The RIPE NCC Community Projects Fund opened its call for applications in June 2020. The RIPE NCC Community Projects Fund Selection Committee is happy to announce the following eight projects have been selected as the 2020 recipients of the RIPE NCC Community Projects Fund.

We are pleased to announce that Hervé Clément was re-appointed to the Number Resource Organization Number Council (NRO NC) at a Plenary session of the RIPE 81 Meeting in October 2020.

The RIPE NCC General Meeting was held from 28-30 October 2020.

The 20th edition of the Middle East Network Operator Group Meeting and Peering Forum (MENOG) was held as a virtual event recently. The meeting took place as a 90-minute panel discussion and was broadcasted live on MENOG’s website.

This is the fifth in a series of country reports we’re producing to share RIPE NCC data with members of the technical community and decision makers, in order to inform discussions about Internet development throughout our service region.

The RIPE NCC and the Communication & Information Technologies Commission (CITC) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 22 July 2020.
