C. RIPE NCC Survey 2019 - Key Findings

Daniel Karrenberg asked Brenda to share her impressions on how the RIPE NCC compares in general with similar non-profit organisations. Brenda answered that satisfaction with service delivery is very high at 92%, which is well above industry standards, while NPS is 76%, the highest she has seen.
Kurtis made an observation that less LIRs have plans to deploy IPv6 than in 2016, and that 47% of members think they do not need more IP addresses. Brenda corrected this, mentioning that the number of members who think they do not need more IP addresses is 37%.
