I. Welcome/Intro

• There were no changes to the agenda.

II. Enjoying a RIPE Meeting

• The group discussed the “Enjoying a RIPE Meeting” document and agreed to develop a more detailed (but still brief) code of conduct and find ways to make this more known in the community.

III. Administrative/Technical Overview of RIPE 70

• Issues were noted and discussed relating to the layout of the rooms, brief connectivity issues, more streamlined GM registrations, QR codes in badge booklets, reminder emails being sent by the RIPE NCC around the meeting, more being done to promote the IPv6 only network. It was noticed that it was difficult to cancel a RIPE Dinner ticket when paying online.

IV. Update on the RIPE PC <-> WG Chairs Workflow

• The collective discussed a new approach to work more efficiently with the RIPE Programme Committee (PC).

V. Additional Way to Participate on WG Discussions

• The collective agreed to trial a new approach to use a web forum that was integrated with the WG mailing lists. Posts to the forum would automatically generate mailing list emails and vice versa.

VI. RIPE 71 Meeting Plan

• The collective discussed the meeting plan for RIPE 71.

VII. Post RIPE 70 WG Chairs Call?

• The collective agreed to continue its discussions on its mailing list and a phone conference if needed.
