RIPE Community Plenary
The RIPE Community Plenary takes place at every RIPE meeting and is moderated by the RIPE Chair.
The main purpose of this plenary session is to provide a platform for the RIPE community to discuss topics and issues that are relevant to the entire community but don't fit into an existing RIPE Working Group.
Examples of this are documents or processes that apply to the whole community or decisions that call for a RIPE plenary consensus (e.g. new RIPE Working Groups or Task Forces).
The idea behind the Community Plenary originated at RIPE 78 during the Big Picture BoF.
