Motivation
Over the past 1.5 years, I have really enjoyed being a member of the NRO NC/ASO AC. It would be my pleasure to carry out a full term from January 2023.

  • From my experience with the NRO NC/ASO AC, I have learned a great deal about what is required to be a valuable member of the council.
  • I possess a strong understanding of RIR policy issues on a global and regional level, and I have connections with a wide range of technical and policy experts in the community.
  • Additionally, I offer thorough knowledge of the RIR system, and the ICANN organization and community.
  • I am part of a task force that is currently busy reviewing the ASO AC Operating Procedures. I would love to help the council complete this, and other, important and challenging tasks to the best of my ability.
  • I can commit to attend all upcoming RIPE meetings, and meet all NRO NC/ASO AC duties including attending select ICANN meetings in-person. You can approach me to talk about any topic, or indeed online by email. I am very open and transparent.

Biography
I like anything technical in the Internet, from programming web crawlers to reverse engineer encrypted codes. I have extensive experience in programming and software design in different programming languages since 1998 when I started with HTML. I would love to participate and to contribute from my technical experience (I love to dive into anything technical in the Internet) to any governing Internet authority.

Motivation
Personally, I didn't like the letter sent by NRO to the government of Mauritius and if I will be elected I will be against such actions. In general I support the Internet being apolitical, not being influenced by any country, secured and private, in the limits of acceptable statutory law. Besides it, I also support creating a global Internet privacy-standard (based on EU GDPR) that any company in the world (including: Google, Facebook, Twitter, etc) will have to comply with (instead of aggregating users data and selling it). I also support creating a mechanism with sanctions (if needed) against tech giants (such as: Google, Facebook, Twitter, etc) that by law need to comply with GDPR requests and are not doing so.

I hope to have your vote, thank you.
