Register for the RIPE NCC General Meeting October 2024

Dear RIPE NCC members,

On behalf of our Executive Board, I invite you to register for the RIPE NCC General Meeting October 2024.

Registration to attend and vote is now open and will close on 30 October 2024 at 14:00 (UTC+1).

Reminder: Two-factor authentication (2FA) is mandatory for RIPE NCC Access account holders. If you have not enabled 2FA and you click the registration link, you will need to follow the instructions in an email sent to you by the RIPE NCC. Once enabled, you will be able to access the LIR Portal to register.

The General Meeting (GM) will take place from 30 October - 1 November at the Clarion Congress Hotel, Prague in the same venue as RIPE 89. For those who would like to attend online, you can follow the General Meeting through the meeting platform Meetecho, where you can ask questions and chat to fellow attendees. Voting on resolutions is done electronically through the voting platform Assembly Voting.

The General Meeting provides members with an opportunity to discuss the operations and activities of the RIPE NCC, with reports from the RIPE NCC Executive Board and RIPE NCC Management. At the upcoming GM, members will discuss and give input on the Draft RIPE NCC Activity Plan and Budget 2025.

Members will vote on the redistribution of the 2024 surplus/deficit to the membership in 2025. All supporting documents will be posted and announced to members by 2 October 2024.
