2. Report from the RIPE NCC
The first part of the RIPE NCC reporting for the General Meeting is presented in the RIPE NCC Services Working Group at RIPE 89. This takes place on 30 October 2024 from 14:00-15:30 (UTC+1). General Meeting attendees who have not registered for the RIPE Meeting can follow the RIPE NCC Services Working Group session livestream via the RIPE 89 website. In order to participate in the RIPE NCC Services Working Group session, please register for RIPE 89.
The reports presented during the RIPE NCC Services Working Group session will not be repeated in the General Meeting.
3. Report from the Executive Board

4. Draft RIPE NCC Activity Plan and Budget 2025

6. Financial Update and Redistribution of the RIPE NCC Surplus

Resolution 1
“The General Meeting approves the redistribution of the excess contribution/deficit paid in the financial year 2024 in the following way:
- In case there is an excess contribution, this will be redistributed to the membership in 2025 according to the RIPE NCC Clearing House procedure.
- In case of a deficit, this will be covered by the RIPE NCC reserves.”
NOTE: If the membership does not approve the resolution, the excess contribution paid will be added to the reserves and the deficit of contribution paid will be redistributed to the membership in 2025.
Voting takes place under agenda point 7.
7. Voting on Resolutions

8. Announcement of Voting Results
The results of the voting on resolutions will be announced on Friday, 1 November 2024 at 10:30 (UTC+1).
