How to Vote
One person from each member organisation is entitled to vote at the GM. The organisation must have been a RIPE NCC member for longer than six months.
This GM will take place virtually with electronic voting available to those eligible to vote.
Register to vote
The process for registering to vote is quick and easy.
To register, go to your General Meetings page. Once there, you can choose the organisation(s) you will represent. Members who have registered to vote will receive an email from the BigPulse voting system before the GM.
The deadline to register for electronic voting is 24 November 2021 at 14:30 (UTC+1).
Casting your vote at the GM
The Chair of the RIPE NCC Executive Board will open voting during the GM on Wednesday, 24 November. You can access the BigPulse voting platform pages using the link you will get by email on the day of the GM.
Resolutions require a majority vote to be approved.
Members can cast their votes electronically until 09:00 (UTC+1) on Friday, 26 November 2021.
NOTE: All votes cast at the GM are completely anonymous.
Proxy Voting
You can also nominate a proxy to attend the GM and vote on your behalf. The deadline for submitting proxy forms is 10 November 2021.
Voting Results
The Chair of the RIPE NCC Executive Board will announce the results of the voting on the resolutions via a live stream at 10:15 (UTC+1) on 26 November.
