RIPE NCC Roundtable Meeting February 2009
The RIPE NCC Roundtable Meeting for Government and Regulators took place on 16 February 2009 at the Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel.
- 52 people registered from 18 different countries
Roundtable Meetings are events designed specifically to keep governments and regulators informed on current issues surrounding the governance and operation of the Internet, including:
- The RIPE Cooperation Working Group
- Ensuring fair distribution of remaining IPv4 address space
- Progress in IPv6 deployment
Roundtable Meetings also provide guidance on how to participate in the development of policies around these issues. Attendance at this meeting is limited to representatives of government and regulators in the RIPE NCC service region.
