Meeting Information

Registration Desk

The registration desk is located on the Mezzanine floor and it is open on Monday from 10:00 to 17:00 and on Tuesday from 08:30 to 17:00. You can collect your personal name badge upon arrival here.

Please wear your name badge throughout the entire duration of the meeting and take it with you to the social on Monday.

Identifying Badge Colours and Stickers

While at SEE 7, you can easily identify the following individuals by coloured badges or stickers on their badges:

  • RIPE NCC Staff: yellow badge
  • Programme Committee Members: red badge
  • Host: blue badge
  • Sponsors: green badge
  • RACI: sticker labelled “RACI”

Coffee and Lunch Breaks

The coffee breaks and lunches take place on the Mezzanine floor.

A welcome coffee is served on Monday from 10:00 to 11:00 and on Tuesday from 8:30 to 9:00. Coffee breaks take place on both days from 15:30-16:00 and on Tuesday also from 10:30 to 11:00.

A buffet lunch will be served in the Salon Europa and Belvedere Restaurant from 12:30 to 14:00.

Connectivity Information

VIVA Telecom is providing free, high-speed wireless connectivity for all attendees during the meeting. The network name is “SEE7” and the password is “@seemeetings”.
