Accommodation

A limited number of rooms are available for CAPIF 4 attendees at a reduced rate of KZT 80 000 per night at the venue. The rate includes breakfast, WiFi and taxes. Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is by 12:00.

Hotel Booking

  • To take advantage of the discounted rate for the meeting, please complete this form before 1 August 2025. After this date, rooms will be available at the standard public rates.
  • To reserve a room at the discounted rate, please send the completed booking form to alatau.reservation@swissotel.com, and copy regional@ripe.net and sevaras.daniyarova@swissotel.com.
  • These bookings are offered at special rates and must be fully guaranteed and prepaid. The hotel’s Reservations Team will provide a secure payment link, valid for 48 hours after it is issued.
  • Issuing invoices to your company or employer is available upon request.
