Ekaterine Imedadze
Ekaterine Imedadze has been a Commissioner of the Georgian National Communications Commission (ComCom) since March 2021.
Prior to taking up her position, she headed the Telecommunications Market Regulation Department at ComCom. Imedadze has a 13-year of professional experience in the telecommunications field, including international experience. Imedadze occupied several leading positions at telecommunications group company VEON Ltd. She headed the Global Project Management and was the Head of Internal Control and Risk Management. Further, Imedadze was Head of Finance of several leading private companies.
Imedadze owns a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Bradford University School of Management as well as a Master of Science, Physical Sciences at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. In 2003, she completed her postgraduate study at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University Faculty of Applied Mathematics: Artificial Intelligence and Fuzzy Logic.
She speaks Georgian, English, German and Russian.
