RIPE NCC Survey 2013
The RIPE NCC Survey 2013 was conducted in May and June by the Oxford Internet Institute (OII) on behalf of the RIPE NCC.
Over 3,600 people from 114 countries participated, including from 75 of the 76 countries in our service region. This is the biggest and most diverse response to any RIPE NCC survey since the organisation's formation. This gives the RIPE NCC a vast amount of feedback it can use to improve its services and develop its strategy for the years ahead.
The report was presented by the RIPE NCC and the OII at the RIPE 67 Meeting in Athens from 14-18 October 2013. A further document outlining the actions to be taken by the RIPE NCC based on the survey findings published below.
The full report on the survey is provided in the links below. Because all the material provided by the OII amounts to more than 350 pages, the report is separated into individual sections and appendices to allow you to more easily find the information relevant to you. All the raw data, including the responses to open questions, are provided in Appendix 3.
