The RIPE NCC General Meeting (GM) took place from 16-18 October 2019 in the Postillion Convention Centre WTC Rotterdam, Rotterdam, the Netherlands, alongside the RIPE 79 Meeting.
The GM will began with the presentation of the reports from the RIPE NCC in the RIPE NCC Services Working Group session at 16:00 local time (UTC+2). The formal, members-only section of the GM took place immediately after the RIPE NCC Services Working Group session.
The following resolutions were approved by the membership:
Resolution 1 Option B:
“The General Meeting approves that 50% of the RIPE NCC 2019 financial surplus will be added to the Clearing House reserve and 50% of the RIPE NCC 2019 surplus will be redistributed to the membership in 2020.”
Resolution 2
“The General Meeting adopts the amendments to the RIPE NCC Articles of Association.”
