The UX Hub Programme allows you to contribute directly to the development and improvement of the tools and services you rely on. Your feedback and insights help us identify areas for improvement, refine functionalities, and create a seamless experience for all users.

What will you be doing?

As a participant of the UX Hub, you may be invited to take part in:

• User interviews to share your experiences and expectations;
• Surveys to provide insights into your preferences and needs;
• Usability testing to observe how you interact with our tools in real-time;
• Feedback sessions to share your thoughts on new features or designs.

Whether online or in person, these sessions allow us to understand your experience and identify opportunities to improve our services.

What happens after you sign up

Once you sign up your details will be stored in a secure database. Based on our research needs, we will reach out to you to schedule an online or in-person session at a time that works for you.

For those attending RIPE Meetings, there’s also the opportunity to participate in face-to-face sessions during the event, giving you a chance to engage directly with our team.

How we use your feedback

After each session, your feedback is carefully analysed by our UX team. The insights gathered guide our development process by:

• Addressing challenges users face;
• Enhancing the discoverability of features;
• Refining workflows and improving usability;
• Simplifying access to critical information.

These findings are translated into actionable changes that shape our services.
