New LIR Fundamentals Course

We have launched a new course in the RIPE NCC Academy on Local Internet Registry (LIR) Fundamentals. This course explains what it means to operate an LIR, what a Regional Internet Registry (RIR) such as the RIPE NCC does, and how to participate in shaping the Internet through policy development.
