General Meeting October 2024: Registration Open

Members can now register to attend and vote at the RIPE NCC General Meeting taking place over 30 October - 1 November 2024 in Prague, Czechia and online.

Please make sure you register before Wednesday, 30 October 2024 at 14:00 (UTC+1), otherwise you will not be able to attend and vote at the meeting.

The General Meeting will take place at the Clarion Congress Hotel Prague. The same venue as the RIPE 89 meeting. Members will also be able to attend online through the Meetecho meeting platform where members can watch the presentations, chat with fellow attendees and ask questions. Voting on resolutions is done electronically through the voting platform Assembly Voting.

The General Meeting provides members with an opportunity to discuss the operations and activities of the RIPE NCC, with reports from the RIPE NCC Executive Board and Management.

At the upcoming General Meeting, members will have the opportunity to discuss the Draft Activity Plan and Budget 2025. Members will vote on the redistribution of the 2024 surplus/deficit to the membership in 2025. All supporting documents will be posted and announced to members by 2 October 2024.
