Gabor de Wit Appointed Chief Registry Operations Officer

We are pleased to announce that Gabor de Wit will start as our new Chief Registry Operations Officer as of 1 May 2025. We extend a warm welcome to him on behalf of the RIPE NCC and the RIPE community.

After an extensive search, the RIPE NCC leadership concluded that Gabor is the best candidate for the job. Gabor has strong leadership experience with both a technical and business background. RIPE NCC CEO and Managing Director, Hans Petter Holen, will continue to fill the role of Acting Chief Registry Officer until Gabor takes over the position.
