Change of RIPE NCC Address

Following the RIPE NCC's move to our new office in December, we amended the following documents in order to reflect our new legal address:
- RIPE NCC Standard Service Agreement
- RIPE NCC Services for Legacy Internet Resources Agreement (Legacy
Agreement) - RIPE NCC Services for Legacy Internet Resources of RIPE NCC Members Terms and Conditions
- Handling Request for Information, Orders and Investigations from LEAs
- Closure of Member, Reregistration of Internet Resources and Legacy Internet Resources
