PRDB->RADB

FYI:  The Maintainer and Aut-num objects in the PRDB have just been moved
to the RADB, as part of the process of the PRDB->RADB migration.  The
route objects will follow in a small number of weeks.

If you are importing prdb.db, it would be a good idea to start importing
radb.db as well (from the same directory).
