perl5 (.000) officially released

attached is an ancmnt for the new perl5 official release. we will be installing this at merit in the next week or two. (but keeping a perl4 around too...) I have used perl5 for the radbserver because it allows me to tie associative arrays to a variety of db packages (including user defined ones), including ndbm, gdbm, and DB. Right now I am using gdbm: it seems fast enough and allows me to go beyound the 1K (or 2K, i forget) limit of (n)dbm. Clients of the radbserver need only perl4, and the clients we are producing need only perl4. perl5 has a lot of new features...so get with the program ;-) - r
