"advisory" and "as-transit" attribute designators

 * (PS:  Have you heard any reaction about that since my writeup of it?)

Sorry Dale, I just got back from Pisa from a PRIDE course and am off
for the next on Sunday. But, here they are:

ATTR	av	advisory
ATTR	tr	as-transit

 * While you're at it, how about one for the experimental "as-transit", too?
