Well, the simple case of proxy aggregation over multiple ASes in the
text is one of these examples.

 * Does 'routed' means "announced with a E/BGP by someone" or
 * "present in some configuration file" or "connected to the Internet"?
 * It is kind of a pointless discussion IMHO.

Routed means someone has it in their configuration, ie someone needs
this info to be in the routing registry to configure their box.
