I am currently too ill to think straight and this has more sensitivities
than I want to ponder in this condition. I suggest:

If you are under pressure to announce before or during IETF then go ahead
and do so yourself saying something like "initially based on RRIPE RR, usable
by PRIDE tools". We can make joint announcements once the dust settles and
I can think straight again.

If you want to wait until after IETF for a joint one that is fine too.
I don;t care which way.

Sorry but there are large pitfalls here which could affect our funding
situation.
