[rpki-deployathon] A place to upload slides, code, configs & other documentation

Hi,

there's a place on GitHub where we "traditionally" publish results of
hackathons, so I make a "directory" for the RPKI Deployathon:

Currently, I placed the slides that Alex Band emailed (the attachment
was too large for the mailing list), and Tesuto Lab setup (as PDF).
