Hi team, Thanks for the good and productive meeting today! I'm really looking forward to the Deployathon! @Vesna, I've just checked and I'm now able to see the registrations via the link below! @Alexandra, I'll introduce you to Cassie in a separate email. Cassie is responsible for our CBC and she can help arrange for lunch/diner (Pandora Hoofddorp (http://www.tokopandora.nl/)), notepads, pens, etc. Whatever we need. @Massimiliano, please let me know asap if you need additional screens to show statistics. We do have some in the loanpool but I will need to arrange transport. It's no issue to get them but we better have that reserved in time. Thanks again all! Cheers, Melchior On 21/12/2018, 13:25, "Vesna Manojlovic" <BECHA at ripe.net> wrote: Hi all, today, Alexanda Vos joined our small temporary team of deployathon organisers! Welcome :) She will be helping with logistics, and with new ideas -- so she suggested we have a mailing list already! Tha'st now made - real quick! - by our OPS colleagues, and is called "rpki-deployathon". At first, I will add us 5 to it; and after the participants are chosen we (alex & me) can add them too. In addition to the mailing list, I suggest we can use the EtherPad to further coordinate admin & logistical details : https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__pad.riseup.net_p_rpki-2Ddeployathon-2Dadmin-2Dkeep&d=DwIDaQ&c=HAkYuh63rsuhr6Scbfh0UjBXeMK-ndb3voDTXcWzoCI&r=S2YhSaccg2g3HziY9IY-6IDX5IDvkbkLVA4yp5U7oBA&m=kGAucyggFmgu9hKvWSSFXMdmrLFDoFhQ6Qjmbmd6jt4&s=rBRnMFEXn_irh5PJvR7Y7hrI5yyeW0ZmKy1CjvmDZgA&e= Anyone can edit this - so please go ahead! We can use it for the TODO items, links, time-planning etc... Also, all of you are added as "handlers" that are able to see the applications - and maybe edit them too?! Please DO NOT EDIT :) https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__www.ripe.net_participate_forms_fobi_plugins_form-2Dhandlers_db-2Dstore_data_26_&d=DwIDaQ&c=HAkYuh63rsuhr6Scbfh0UjBXeMK-ndb3voDTXcWzoCI&r=S2YhSaccg2g3HziY9IY-6IDX5IDvkbkLVA4yp5U7oBA&m=kGAucyggFmgu9hKvWSSFXMdmrLFDoFhQ6Qjmbmd6jt4&s=kN9-MtDu9vXdq3MbGncq67mYNIsDC3EgwMzY68WUD8Q&e= Now there are a few ideas / requests that would be nice if Melchior can help with: - Alexandra suggested that "we" can give a lighting talk to promote the event at the Internet New Year celebration / borrel, 17th January. Melchior, could you submit a proposal? I can help you later on with making the slides, if you want my help - and even I can present it if need be - or maybe Nathalie wishes to? It's OK with me if someone else tales this over -- but if you all can not do it, or prefer that I do it, please let me know. - Melchior, you suggested the "hotel recommendations" - do you already have them? We can add them to the Labs article -- maybe you can edit it directly, OR you can send them to me & I'll add them (althou it's quite early still.. and people can search for it on the Internet themselves..) - we might want to order stroopwafels tins again - with RIPE NCC logo. Melchior, do you also want Juniper logo on them?? That would make it more complicated.. so please say no ;-) But, fi you really want that, we can work on it... - and there will be T-shirts too -- so till now, RIPE NCC would organise the design & printing -- are you happy to let us do that again? Or do you have your own procedure / way of doing it? And do you prefer to do it your way? Please let us know - Alexandra will take that over... if you want RIPE NCC do do it. We will do a promotion campaign in January, and Antony will be busy with that on our side - but he is at home now; I'm leaving on vacation in 2 hours, and Nathalie is away too -- so we will regroup beginning on 2019 and start afresh! Thanks everyone, have a great start of a New Year, Vesna
