Hello Abdkarim, Thanks for your question, absolutely not. Of course if you believe the RIR has not provided or done something correct/legal and you’ve not reached a good outcome using the RIR channels, of course you should go to court. But during that time, you should be excluded from the EC nomination process. Further, if the court finds you at fault, you shouldn’t be allowed to partake for a period of time.
