Dear colleagues, I want to let you know how the RIPE Chair Team is dealing with moderation of this list. Responsibility for moderation lies with Mirjam and me. NCC staff are available to help if we need support. One of us will inspect the pending message queue daily or more frequently. If we notice any offensive or *ad personam/mulierem/hominem* material in a message, that message will simply be discarded, without explanation, negotiation, or apology. We don't intend to agonize over "how bad" the troublesome material is. If you will all keep your postings strictly on topic, you will make our task easier.
