<p dir="auto">I want to let you know how the RIPE Chair Team is dealing with moderation of this list.</p>
<p dir="auto">Responsibility for moderation lies with Mirjam and me.<br />
NCC staff are available to help if we need support.</p>
<p dir="auto">One of us will inspect the pending message queue daily or more frequently.</p>
<p dir="auto">If we notice any offensive or <em>ad personam/mulierem/hominem</em> material<br />
in a message, that message will simply be discarded, without explanation,<br />
negotiation, or apology. We don't intend to agonize over "how bad" the<br />
troublesome material is.</p>
<p dir="auto">If you will all keep your postings strictly on topic, you will make our task easier.</p>
