Just a quick note from me to say thank you for turning this discussion around, into a more constructive one. Nigel, dear Nigel, I very much appreciate your apology. Not because I was personally hurt, but because it’s important for us to ensure that the space we have here, is one that encourages open, and honest discussion. And we should lead by example. So thank you. We can disagree on substance, but let’s keep the discussion live and thriving, while still respecting each other’s different views. And you are right, email is a horrible medium for these types of discussions, leaving so much tone and intention open to interpretation. We should all know that by now, but it seems we sometimes need to be reminded of this! :) Once I have worked my way through the big pile of work on my desk this week, I will get back into this discussion and contribute as best I can.
