[atlas] IPv4 Built-ins fail while IPv6 work

Hi Paul,

The probe has reported a default route in the logs a little while ago, thats good.

I just ran a measurement for you to ping 8.8.8.8 (id : 74399066), which yielded this:

That seems to work.

No idea why it worked before, can it be that the sites you visit just happen to support IPv6?
