[peqi-hackathon-orga] OpenSSL challenge repo

Hi all,

Here is the repository we prepared for the OpenSSL challenge: 
https://github.com/akarazeev/QIH19. I will move it to a GitHub
organisation once GitHub replies to me why they took down the
organisation I set up this morning.

The repository is basically ready, there will be a few more minor
changes tonight to some of the guides.

Once the GitHub organisation comes back up we can then use it to
collect all hackathon related project information that needs a
repository.

Once Harold sends out the document he said he is preparing about the
protocol zoo, we can collate all the challenge information so far +
technical info prepared by Matt into a single presentation.

A question about the challenges from Daniel - the mentors it mentions
in the description are all local to the CERN node. Are these projects
open to all participants and is it expected that remote teams will form
to execute these projects? Or if the other nodes want to work on these
projects it will be easier if they just work on it themselves?

Following up on that, are we encouraging distributed teams? Or will we
be preferring local teams?
