[peqi-hackathon-orga] Challenges repo

Hi all,

I've assembled a repo that collects the challenges we have for all the
nodes. The repo is available here: https://github.com/PEQI19/challenges

I haven't advertised it on slack yet so that any of you can provide
feedback first.
