Dear Alexander, I am not an employee of Mr. Tulyev. And I haven't ever been. :) If you read my email, please reply on my question. It isn't too emotional. I wrote here to express my objections to your initiatives to forbid IP transfers or to create government committee, which would accept transfers or not. Current transfer policy is reliable.
