[ncc-services-wg] LIR association with number resources

Hi Alex,

Didn't realise it was in the RIPE DB.  Could you explain how to access this
information?

I.e. for a sample prefix of 193.242.111.0/24 and a sample ASN as2128, how
does one query what LIR these numbers are registered through?
