[ncc-services-wg] Country index gone?

Thank you for your email.

The problem was caused by an error in a script that runs each day to 
update member information.

This script removes old data, clears the web page, generates new 
information and posts it online.

It usually works fine, but today, something happened to stop the 
generation of new pages.

For this reason, we have installed a safeguard.

Existing data will only be replaced when the new set is available for 
posting.

If an error occurs with the script, the previous data will stay 
available while the issue will be escalated and fixed as a priority.

I apologise for any inconvenience this caused.
